Distillery and Brewery Tour
We offer a range of guided tours and hands-on experiences that allow you to explore the depth and craftsmanship of sake and distilled spirits.
[Brewery Tour – Regular (R) Course]
- Program includes:
・Sake brewery tour (approx. 20–30 minutes)
・Distillery tour (approx. 10–20 minutes)
・Sake tasting (3–5 complimentary samples, excluding whisky)
・Shopping at the brewery’s direct sales shop
・Souvenir: One small Janome sake cup (retail value ¥400) - Please note: A visitor set (sanitary cap, shoe covers, etc.) will be provided. We kindly ask for your cooperation in wearing them.
- Duration: 14:00–15:00 (approx. 1 hour)
Reception opens at 13:45 (please gather by 13:55 at the brewery shop). - Fee: ¥1,500 (tax included)

[Brewery Tour – Special (S) Course]
- Program includes:
・Sake brewery tour (approx. 30–40 minutes)
・Distillery tour (approx. 20–30 minutes)
・Tasting of premium sake (up to 6 varieties), including Daiginjo, Junmai Daiginjo, and limited editions
・Standard sake tasting (3–5 complimentary samples)
・Opportunity to taste whisky (available with an additional fee)
・Shopping at the brewery’s direct sales shop
・Souvenir: One large Janome sake cup (retail value ¥500) - Please note: A visitor set (sanitary cap, shoe covers, etc.) will be provided.
- Duration: 14:00–15:30 (approx. 1.5 hour)
- Fee: ¥3,000 (tax included)
- Eligibility: Individuals or small groups of fewer than 10 participants

Gin Experience
A hands-on experience where you craft your own one-of-a-kind gin, guided by aromatic botanicals.
[GIN SCHOOL – Gin Distillation Experience]
- Experience includes:
・Live demonstration and hands-on distillation using a copper alembic still
・Botanical selection and flavor balancing
・Introduction to the fundamentals of gin - Take-home gift: Original gin (200ml × 3 bottles, total 600ml)
*Presented in bottles with custom labels - Duration: 2.5–3 hours
- Fee: ¥28,000 (tax included)
- Schedule: Mainly weekends; weekdays available on a limited basis (see reservation calendar)
- Capacity: Up to 5 groups (maximum 2 guests per group)
